About Your Visits

Fees & Payments

We will submit your claims to your insurance company for you. Our office will verify your insurance benefits prior to your appointment and we request all patient responsibility portions due at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We will do our best to verify eligibility and benefits but ultimately it is the patient’s responsibility to be aware of their benefits and understand their policy including any exclusions (pre-existing conditions or non covered services) We accept cash, checks and credit cards for your convenience.

Current Medication List

Please bring a current list of prescribed and over the counter medications with you including the dosage and any known drug allergies.

Physical Therapy Appointments

Please contact your insurance company for your physical therapy benefits to help expedite the process. Please feel free to contact our receptionist to discuss your therapy benefits.

Authorizations & Referrals

Many insurance companies require authorization or referral prior to seeing a specialist. Our office policy is to obtain authorization prior to the visit.

Prescriptions Refills

Please contact your pharmacist to refill your medication. Prescriptions refills are done during our regular office hours only.

Service and Support Animals

Orthopedic Associates follows the guidelines set forth by The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and appreciates the cooperation of our patients when they visit our office.
We welcome patients and their companions’ service animals at appointments; however, we do not allow support animals or pets of any kind in our medical office.
