For iced teas, brew your own tea at home and then chill it in the fridge. Add a slice of lemon to give it a little bit more flavor, avoiding that spoonful of sugar.
Coffee Is Safe!
The only real reason for why coffee has a relatively bad rap is because of all of the accouterment we put in it – that is, the sugars, the creamers, the sweeteners, etc. In actuality, coffee is quite healthy! With that in mind, the key to drinking healthy coffee comes along with avoiding the sugars, the creamers, and the sweeteners. Opt for black coffee, or just a splash of half and half or reduced fat milk if you need to lighten it up just a bit.

Drinking enough water throughout the day provides you with numerous nutritional benefits, even if water itself doesn’t exactly contain nutrients. Water helps you burn calories, it provides your body with the hydration it needs to feel more energized, and it can even aid in weight loss.
